YOU ARE

• Passionate about providing excellent guest experiences

• Able to effectively communicate with customers and staff

• Ability to demonstrate high level of organization in a fast-paced environment while acting as a team player

• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and welcome guests

• ID anyone who appears to be 25 and under, to make sure guests are of legal drinking age

• Set up line-up area as per store standards

• Monitor the guest line-ups

• Observe guests, and contribute to creating a safe and fun environment

• Work as a team with the management and front of house staff to ensure each guest has a great experience

• Thank guests as they leave and wish them a great night
